Due to the cosmetic and health-related nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited to unopened, unused items only.
2. Return Conditions
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of payment. Products must be in original condition, unopened, and undamaged.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via phone or Telegram. Do not send items back without prior approval. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products, promotional items, and items returned without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
